Do things you don’t think you can.  We will push you to your limits, help you get leaner, improve your general fitness and help you achieve your over-all fitness goals.


Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion, and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available for seated or standing support.

Join us at 10:30-11:30 or 12:00-1:00, Tuesdays and Thursdays
