
Scott Adams
(PT, DPT, ATC, CSCS)
Scott Adams earned his degree in Athletic Training from the University of North Florida in 2018, followed by a Master’s in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology with a focus on Human Performance from the University of Florida in 2019. He then completed his Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) at the University of St. Augustine in 2022.
Before becoming a physical therapist, Scott spent four years working in sports medicine, strength and conditioning, and injury prevention with UNF Athletics and the Jacksonville Jaguars. His experience in both collegiate and professional settings gives him a unique perspective on optimizing performance and recovery. He is a certified athletic trainer, strength and conditioning coach, and is dry needling certified.
In his free time, Scott enjoys foil surfing and spending time with his wife and their two dogs, Oakley and Ripley.
