CORE-FIT

Our Signature Class:

Do things you don’t think you can.  We will push you to your limits, help you get leaner, improve your general fitness and help you achieve your over-all fitness goals.

 

FLOW FITNESS

This great new class uses fluid movement patterns that increase flexibility, alignment, strength and lengthening of the muscles. The tempo is an athletic pace and is appropriate for ALL fitness levels. Flow Fitness can be an effective mechanism to build strength, and tone/sculpt your physique.

 

ULTIMATE FITNESS CLUB

What does it mean to be a REAL man/woman of God?  Do you have what it takes?

  • Join us at Agility Fitness Experience for one hour of Fitness, Fellowship and Faith.
