Fitness Programs

Fitness and nutrition are two very important aspects to overall health and well being.

We offer fitness programs for all age-groups – from adolescents to our senior population. We offer personal training, small group Training, adult fitness classes, including our signature Core-Fit class, Body Blast, Flow Fitness, and Silver Sneakers. For our athletes, we offer various levels of sport performance, speed and agility programming, and individualized sport performance programming for those hoping to take it to the next level!
The TakeDown ChallengeTM is a 28-day weight loss challenge offered three times per year, during which we educate, coach, and encourage our participants on proper nutrition habits (no supplements or pre-packaged meals) and exercise in order to get them on track to achieve their weight-loss goals.

The TakeDown LifestyleTM is similar to the TakeDown ChallengeTM, but it is a longer-term program for those who feel they need more guidance and assistance when it comes to permanently changing their eating habits. The end goal of the TakeDown Lifestyle™ is the same as the TakeDown Challenge™: Help people lose weight, but more importantly, teach them how to eat healthier and more nutritiously for life.
